At Vandalia Health, we’re committed to improving access to comprehensive care, screenings and telehealth through our growing fleet of Mobile Medical Units and telemedicine outreach services. Our fleet includes mobile units for mammography screenings, lung CT screenings, emergency response care, telemedicine visits and other health services, as well as community outreach.
About our mobile medical units
Each mobile medical unit is staffed by a nurse and equipped with telemedicine capabilities and two exam beds. The units currently serve patients in West Virginia, improving access to quality care and life-saving screenings in many rural areas throughout the state.
A physician's order may be needed for some screenings. Ask your primary care provider for a referral. If you don’t have a primary care provider, you can find a provider or schedule an appointment to get the process started. Please be aware that insurance information may be required.
