Heroes of Healthcare: Tiffany Rappold
Tiffany Rappold works in the Imaging Department at CAMC Teays Valley Hospital.
Rappold has a patient centric focus and leads with empathy in her everyday duties. She consistently helps patients and families above and beyond her skill set.
Rappold has treated patient families to extra goodies, arranged rides for patients in need and does a great job of providing and connecting with our patients mental needs.
Recently, Rappold arranged for birthday cake from the cafeteria, purchased goodies from the gift shop and gathered up a group of staff from all disciplines to go and sing to a patient on her birthday. The patient was so appreciative, was teary eyed.
Rappold leads with compassion and empathy for her patients, forms relationships beyond just performing imaging testing and works to accommodate urgent requests for walk-ins or appointment changes.
