Heroes of Healthcare: Haley Miller

Haley Miller is a Patient Coordinator for Vandalia Health Gastroenterology.

A patient’s daughter recently praised Miller for her father’s care.

“Haley Miller has been such a blessing to work with on my father's care. She has helped us with scheduling, medication verification, expediting referrals and moving up procedures, to help assist with his complex care.

“I feel she has gone ‘above and beyond’ in every interaction in coordinating his care. Haley has been so responsive to requests and is always so personable and caring. I appreciate her expertise and compassion in dealing with both my father and me.

“I've been in healthcare for over 34 years, in leadership for many of those years, and its team members like Haley, front facing patients, provide the exceptional service to patients and their families,” the patient’s daughter wrote.
