A recent example was when Anderson was very helpful with a burn patient we received in the emergency department. The patient was aggressive and not in a good frame of mind. Anderson stayed by the nurse's side throughout the duration of the patient being in the emergency room. He comforted and reassured the patient. Anderson not only helped get the patient cleaned up, but he assisted in many other ways throughout this patient's stay.
His influence extends beyond his own responsibilities, helping shape a stronger more cohesive team.
