A patient said that for over two months they had experienced an ongoing issue in getting a diabetic supply prior authorizations resolved.
When the patient called the office, Wikle answered the phone and noted the patient’s issues and concern.
She called the patient within 10 minutes and asked them to come to the office. In less than 30 minutes, Wikle had resolved the prior authorization issues.
The patient was very appreciative.
