Dr. Kochupura is known for his compassion, professionalism and willingness to act quickly when a patient’s condition requires urgent attention. Patients frequently praise him for his care, and he sets a high standard for clinical excellence and patient-centered service.
One recent example happened when one of his patients didn’t feel good while waiting for appointment. Dr. Kochupura hurried to the waiting room with his nurses to assess the patient and determine if he needed emergent care. He then went out of his way to make sure the patient was transported safely to the emergency room.
He never has a bad attitude and never raises his voice, setting the example for the entire staff that kindness and respect go a long way.
